You do not have to be at home to accept delivery. (Excludes certain remote postcodes such as offshore postcodes) Standard delivery charge for purchases up to £10 will be from £2.95 when you spend less than £35 Standard delivery charge for purchases up to £35 will be from £4.95 when you spend less than £35 All orders over £35 will be free delivery For deliveries of excess weight over 25kg ,may incur an extra £5 surcharge. International Delivery Plenty for pets now can deliver to all worldwide destinations. In most cases there is a small delivery surcharge of £6 ,although orders over the weight of 1kg will have a futher charge added.This extra charge will be shown at the checkout. When will my goods be shipped? 99.7% of all orders are despatched the same or, at worst the next business day when you place your order before 1pm. However in some cases this cannot be guaranteed. Unless the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will always be delivered to you within 4 working days but in all cases, you will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 24 hours or we will telephone you to confirm a delivery date. If there may be a reason for a delay to your delivery or that the items(items) are out of stock or even discontinued then you will be contacted as soon as possible. How much will shipping cost? Is it really free Shipping is calculated on the delivery postcode and the amount of your purchase order. Orders sent by courier are free in most areas of the UK if the value of the purchase is over £35. In the Scottish Highlands and Islands delivery is still free only when you spend over £59.99 on your order. You will also get free delivery options if you live in Ireland or many other European countries. If in doubt ,simply adding the goods to your basket and selecting country, in which you want your goods delivered to will confirm these charges before you proceed. Orders less than £35 will attract a delivery charge which is clearly displayed before you checkout. What happens if I am out? Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please inform us of this when placing your order. |
